The started switch fell back into the back assembly faceplate i took it apart with just three screws to loosen and the problem was obvious the plastic tabs that held the switch had sheared off from

Ordered the faceplate and just for insurance a new switch and know. The installation required a phillips screwdriver, a needle nose pliers, and about 10 minutes of time. Thanks to AppliancePartsPros for getting me the right parts asap...........George
