Allan F New Hartford , NY May 17, 2019 Appliance: Model MC00165000 Thermostat failed on microwave I removed five screws holding the top plastic blower cover and the control panel. Very simple, I noticed that the t-Stat looked like it was burned. Wire was melted. I found the parts diagram on line for this model and identified the part. I also noted that it had a fuse so I elected to replace it also. Once parts were identified, I scanned on line to fined the parts. I found Appliance Parts Pros to have a good price including shipping cost. I ordered the parts and received them the very next day at 10:00 am. Installed and the unit worked great.
