Purchased 4 new knobs to replace the broken two and have two in reserve for down the road. Unfortunately the manufacturer's design won't stop the problem but at lease ApplianceParts Pro can replace them quickly. I ordered them the same day a repairman came out to fix the oven. I received the parts in 3 business days and the part ordered by the repairman is still not here. You were fast and reliable.
