Todd F Edelstein , IL July 24, 2014 Appliance: Whirlpool Washer WFW9600TW01 Whirlpool Washer Wfw9600tw01: Stuck in the clean cycle no error code starts at 1:05 stops at 0:01 resets when unplugged. How to replace Electronic Control Board. Replaced the CCU. The washer was showing an F25 error and then a SUDS error, so we reset the machine and ran a rinse/drain. Then I started a clean cycle, but it stopped at 0:01 and never finished. I reset the machine by unplugging, but it powered on immediately at the start of the clean cycle with 1:05 remaining. It would run down to 0:01 and never finish. Canceling or hitting power would go to INT status, and it would stay there until unplugged. Pressing any other keys, including multiple keys or long key presses, wouldn't do anything. The button sequences to start a test/diagnostic cycle wouldn't work. The dial position when plugging back in didn't affect anything. The door lock light was on, but the door wasn't locked. The water drained fine. I checked the coin trap and drain tube, which were clear. The pressure sensor tube was clear and board was clean, undamaged, uncorroded, with good solder points and good connections. The motor control unit connections were good, and the board was clean, uncorroded, with all solder points good. The same for the central control unit. In the end, I had to replace the central control unit. I ran a full diagnostic cycle to confirm eveything was working, and everything works fine now. 1 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 30-60 minutes
