After ordering from three different places (using my product and serial number) got three different knobs, all unsuccessful and wrong shape. Finally AppliancePartsPros..com sent the correct knob.
Inserted it and turned......trash compactor working just fine. What a relief.!!
saved receipt and will most definitely order from here again if necessary.
