Brandon P Temecula , CA November 02, 2014 Appliance: Model WM2501HWA Te error code on lg washer After searching the problem on the Internet, I learned that th washer had a bad thermistor. A friend referred me to appliancepartspros.com. The video shown was a slightly different washer than mine, but I still could easily take mine apart by following the video. The only problem came when my washer did not have the thermistor that was separate from the heater assembly as shown. So, I just called appliancepartspros and they did some research, and led me to the right part I needed which was the heater assembly with the thermistor all in one. I got the part two days later installed it (after finding a you tube video on how too). Put the washer back together and it worked perfectly!! appliancepartspros.com saved me hundreds of dollars, and their staff is very professional and polite. 8 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 1-2 hours
