David I Golden , CO January 05, 2015 Appliance: Model GE ZFSB23DRG SS Many many things apparently fridge warm then freezer warm Temp sensors (3 or them), new heater, then finally custom cool/fan and shroud to bring the fridge temp back up. I don't believe the sensors were bad as the checked fine with a millimeter, coil heater was bad as they were frozen solid, and the fan was intermittent. I originally thought I fixed with the coil heater, but the fridge stopped working about a day later. Discovered the problem using the door switch. If you press the switch, the custom cool fan should turn on to circulate cool air in the fridge. I could the shroud and the fan would cut on. Replaced and now works like a champ. Most of the time was spend diagnosing the issues...not the actual repair. 5 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 2+ hours
