This was a dead simple fix, in particular after watching the how-to video. Remove the panel, remove the two screws securing the timer, pull the timer out, connect the wires to the new timer and reinstall. It should be noted than on the new timer there were no indications of which wire went where, but if you swap the wires one at a time you should have no trouble. Aside from a 1/4" nut driver you'll want a small pair of pliers to help remove the wires from the old timer. Just be sure to carefully grasp the spade connector and not the wire to remove them and you'll be fine. Alternatively, a screwdriver can be used to pry the connectors off.
