My mom loves her old Amana washer and AppliancePartsPros.com was the only place that had the part. Replacing the timer is an easy task but I had my repair guy put it in anyway. Some of the screws on the outside cover were so old we cut or used pliers to get them out. Washer is working great. Also ordered my part and got it the next day.
