First I swapped the burners to test the ignitor, which did not change anything. So next I swapped wires from one non working burner to a working burner. Which changed which burner was work. So next I inspected the wiring down to the spark module and that was good. So I ordered the spark module. To install the spark module I had to remove the bottom drawer. Then remove a metal shield. I also had to cut the old wire connectors and crimp the new wire connector that come with the module. Next I swapped wires from old spark module to the new one. Next I plugged the stove back in and tested the burners. All four work properly now.
