I opened up the face of the dishwasher (aluminum panel) and found the control board. I diagnosed the existing control board and found out we had little critters defecating all over it. I tried reading the continuity on the fuses and couldn't get a solid reader but determined after reviewing the Ohms process, it was done. I did some additional reading and others had the same problem when it went out - consistent with ours.
I looked online and on Amazon and this website seemed to be the most reasonable and most authentic site. It beat out Amazon and had great reviews! I ordered it on a Saturday, it came on a Tuesday before lunch via FedEx and we were able to get it installed later that night.
