I installed 4 new suspension rods/springs and it works as new. Takes 30 minutes by me, it's easier with a helper. Prior to replacing the rods, I had replaced the stator motor. It was cracked so I assumed that was the problem. I inspected the rods prior to replacing the stator motor. They looked fine so I disregarded them and assumed it was the stator motor. I think the key is, if you are getting the shaking prior to the getting the UL code, focus on the rods.
