I replaced suspension springs/rods and still had same uL error code. I found that the nut on the bottom of tube was loose. After tightening this nut the machine worked normal again. If you have this error code and your machine haws been serviced in the past year I recommend you check this nut. I needed an Allen Wrench to tighten nut on my machine. Hope this helps.
