Linn P Dixon , IL October 14, 2014 I had a unbalance issues and then lid lock issues no codes I read through the issues related to my problems. I purchased both parts so if one was fixed then the other still needed to be fixed I would have the part. I watched both videos for replacing the parts which made things so much easier. I will say prying in the front clips was the biggest issue out of the whole repair. I repaired the suspension issue by replacing the 4 rods. The very last rod that I replaced was indeed bent. I closed the top and ran one load and then the lid lock issues resumed. I then replaced the lid lock part. I now have a washer that works. Appliance Part will be the first place I return for parts and assistance with appliance issues. Awesome site and money saver. Thanks. Dale C Adamsville , OH May 03, 2014 Appliance: Model WW6800WTW Ul code when it tried to spin even when the tub was empty I replaced the suspension springs, but that did not fix it. I laid the machine down on it's back and found the motor bolt was loose. After I tightened it everything works great. By the way, It would not show the error in diagnostics when running the spin test. David R Hollywood , FL December 09, 2015 Appliance: Maytag Washer MVWB450WQ1 Washer was going out of balance on all loads Removed and replaced the washer suspension spring kit. After changing out the springs, I didn't feel real confident the springs were going to fix the issue of the washer getting out-of-balance all the time. Even on small loads of laundry. A nice surprise when the washer started working normally again without going out-of-balance. Also, let me make mention of the excellent service I received from AppliancePartsPros.com. I ordered the washer parts on a Tuesday afternoon in anticipation of receiving the parts the following week due to normal shipping costs. A nice surprise when the washer parts showed up the very next day! The parts looked authentic, so I'm sure they were OEM parts.
