I went to your website, learned that the door latch was the most likely to fail so I watched the video on how to fix it, ordered both parts to the latch. Took me 5 minutes to replace it and when I plugged the washer back in, it worked perfectly. I also put a sign above the washer for my adult children not to slam the lid. Joyce S
