We've been putting off trying to fix this thing for years since the dryer was out of warranty and we figured it would be some expensive thing we'd need to call a repairman for. Well, the buttons finally stopped responding altogether (before you just needed to coax them...a lot) so we put in a repair request with Samsung, got their obnoxious quote, looked up the price for the part here, saw that it was literally 8 screws to access and change the part, and promptly canceled the repair request, ordered this part, and the thing was fixed in no time flat. Should've done this years ago.
