I found the Model # of my machine on the inner back rim of the mouth of the washing machine.
I went on the live chat option . Entered the model# and problem description. A rep got back to me with a repair kit part number, Price, shipping time and a great repair tutorial.
The tutorial perfectly explained how to remove the bad parts and install the new parts. It explained the tool(s) I needed. Also to check for other areas that might need attention while this part is removed.
I watched the tutorial and I was confident I could make the repair.
I took the upper agitator apart to make sure this was the part that was going to fix my problem. Sure enough the 4 dogs were worn to the point of not being able to grab the opposing teeth.
I ordered the part, it arrived the next day, I installed the new part in less then 5 minutes.
It took me more time to write this review then to fix my washing machine. Thanks to appliance Parts Pro's! Awesome!
