I originally ordered this part from the KitchenAid website because I assumed I needed to buy the part directly from them since they manufactured my dishwasher. Five minutes after ordering the part from them, I went on Youtube to see if there was a video instructing on the installation of the upper dishrack wheel since I wanted to make sure I installed it correctly. I saw the AppliancePartsPros.com video related to this part. I then checked the APP website and found the part for $11.00 less. I immediately called KitchenAid and when they would not match the price, I cancelled my order and bought the part from APP. The part arrived one day earlier than expected. I watched the video numerous times before the part arrived but then watched it on my tablet as I installed the part. The video really helped because while it is ultimately very easy to install this part, there is a little trick to turning the part when you first allign it in the rack before snapping it into place. If you don't allign it correctly, you cannot snap it into place. You can grow frustrated and you risk breaking the part if you force it too hard. Watching the video as I did the installation helped greatly and I got the part to snap in place. It just took a little longer than the 15 minutes they predicted on the video. The bad news is that when I removed the upper dishrack to install the new part, I discovered that the other 3 upper dishrack wheel parts were broken too. So, I immediately ordered 3 more wheels and they are on the way. So, the moral of the story is if one of the wheels breaks, check all four before placing your order AND watch the video before installing the wheel, including having the video ready to view as you do the installation. I am very pleased with APP. They beat KichenAid's price and having a video to instruct the customer on the installation is a great idea. Not only did it ensure that I did the installation correctly, but it ensured that I didn't break the plastic part during the installation. These things are not cheap at nearly $29 a pop, and nobody wants to buy a part twice because you broke it during installation.
