Stephen K Oak View , CA July 30, 2016 The upper and lower racks were rusting apart I ordered new racks which came the next day and put then in according to the instructions. It was very easy, took about 15 minutes. Of course I am a mechanical wizard so it might take a novice a bit longer. Just kidding, it was very easy and it loos and works great now.
