John R Buckeye , AZ November 16, 2014 Appliance: Model ZBD0710NSS The original racks were starting to shed their plastic coating and rust was visible I made my first order with just the make (GE) and Model (Monogram) What was shipped first appeared to be a generic GE rack set. I read some other folks post and some said they made minor adjustments to these racks and they worked fine. I was not happy with the fit and returned the first set. The next set was ordered with Make, Model and Serial number. What was shipped this time are direct replacements for the original racks. A perfect fit. My bad for not including enough information on my original order. These folks have what I needed, I neglected to provide enough information on my fist order. Robert L Villa Park , CA November 01, 2014 Appliance: General Electric Gas Range ZDP48N6DH1SS Worse on original racks were rusting and breaking Replaced both upper and lower racks. Took 12 minutes to transfer existing upper rack bracket and spray arm ( wife timed me) and install on runners. Just pulled out and replaced lower rack. Replacements appear better and more heavy duty than originals, but not as many hinged thingys. Expensive parts, but lots cheaper than new dishwasher. Anthony S Bay Point , CA March 07, 2015 Both racks were rusting so i decide to replace them I ordered two new racks, and upper and a lower. I decided to give the whole dishwasher a cleaning before putting in the new racks, so I took most of the components out and then rinsed and scrubbed under the rubber gaskets and everything. All I needed was a nut driver and a little "know how." Read More... Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 30-60 minutes Tools: Nut Drivers
