After we moved into our recently purchased house, we realized that one of the refrigerator drawers was broken. I remembered getting great service from AppliancePartsPROS at our previous house with repair of our previous refrigerator ice dispenser. I looked up the drawer on your site and looked at the drawings. My only mistake was that I thought I had to purchase the little vent control separately. So, now we have an extra drawer vent control. The parts came within two weeks, which in these times I think is pretty good.
