Part# DA97-12683D (AP5651833) Vertical Hinged Section received from AppliancePartsPros was listed as the correct replacement part for Samsung Refrigerator Model #RF266AERS/XAA, however it is actually incompatible with that model. The part I received from AppliancePartsPros was the correct part number for the order, but the 3-wire plastic connector didn't fit. Samsung may have changed the design and still listed the part as compatible, however the 3-wire connector didn't snap in place correctly in either direction. Everything else looked the same as the old part. I could have rewired the new part with the old connector, but would have preferred to have the correct connector on the part. The original part number is DA97-07276E, but AppliancePartsPros (Kandace) indicated that part has been discontinued and they didn't carry it but would send the issue to the research team. AppliancePartsPros (Ashlee) reviewed my order and recognized that the issue was due to the factory and promptly issued a return shipping label for the order. I was able to find the correct original Part No. DA97-07276E on another appliance web site for a higher price, but it fit correctly when I installed it.
