Home Depot suggested I first replace the filter with a GE branded filter and I thought that fixed it, but after a day or so, it quit giving anything but a dribble and the plastic water lines were flapping on the back of the unit where it comes out of the filter head. So, I ordered the filter head from AppliancePartsPros.com, and that ended up being the problem. Thanks for the video that I watched in its entirety before I even started {video was very helpful} and I made sure I had the recommended tools before even starting, and it went very smoothly. Thanks so much!
