I first replaced the agitator dogs and drive belt, but still no luck. After further research I realized the splines of the lower agitator were stripped. Appliance Parts Pros had the best price and shipping speed. Ordered on a Saturday and received it on Tuesday. Washer is agitating perfectly! Very quick and easy fix.
