I went on youtube and typed in "whirlpool washer agitator" and found a couple of short videos on how to change agitator dogs. That sounded like that was my problem, so I went to AppliancePartsPros.com, which I've used more than a few times in the past, and ordered a set of agitator dogs. It took about 10 minutes to change and the washer was as good as new. Thanks again for your fast delivery and very reasonable prices.
