Replaced the lid switch. Brought iPad downstairs, set it up, and followed step-by-step video instructions. Went slow as I wasn’t in a hurry. And yep, I’m a 71-year-old guy, a former technical writer, so I’m critical. But the video, and instructions were spot on. So if you can watch TV, and know your flat head from your nut driver- you can do this repair.
