The washer would not drain the water during the spin cycle. After I decided the washer drain pump was the most likely cause of the problem I drained the water out and went to the Samsung website. I then viewed a video of the repair. It was very straightforward and seemed to be something I could do myself. I ordered the washer drain pump and also a door lock. Both parts were delivered overnight and by the next afternoon it was mission accomplished! My wife say's the washer must have been gradually getting less efficient because now it winds up like a 747 instead of a Piper Cub! Thanks for a very well designed washer that every man can fix.
