First I replaced the latch but then realized it was the part the latch went into the wasnt working. Called and they looked up the part. I also recieved a video in my email with the receipt. I watched the video and it made it soooo easy! Fixed it in less than 10 minutes! Thank you, saved me hundreds of dollars!
