I ordered the shift actuator, spent 15 minutes gathering tools, moving the dryer, installing the part, and starting my load of laundry. Easy peasy. I probably wouldn't have attempted any appliance fixes on my own without the ability to return parts if I mis-diagnosed the problem. Appliance Parts Pros is awesome and has my business for life!
