John E Slidell , LA March 23, 2019 Washer no longer oscillated Pulsator Asm was stripped in the center....once I realized the problem, ordered the part and replacement screw. I did not realize that the screw came with the Pulsator part, so I did not need to order it. Fix is simple; less that 5 minutes. remove cap with a screwdriver by prying it off, remove screw and Pulsator, replace, tighten replace cap.
