Tilt machine back and expose pulleys/belt. Use Dremel tool with friction cutting wheel to carefully cut off old pulley. Place new pulley on shaft. Tap on new pulley with rubber mallet and a roll of electrical tape (Place roll of tape on its side against the pulley and tap on roll with mallet).
