Paul F Chesterland , OH December 22, 2017 The washer's front drawer pull for the detergent and softener dispenser broke ! After examining it, 2 of the 4 retainer clips had broken off. My wife grabbed her tablet, found Appliance Parts Pros website, saw 2 videos featuring our exact model of washer and ordered the 3 parts to replace broken and soon to fail parts ! Shipping was extremely fast ! Took out old assembly, replaced with new assembly in about 15-30 second, wife was happy, therefore I was happy !
