Replaced the Tub bearing, and bearing washer (which is recommended). Also replaced the tub seal as many stated that is the likely cause.
Ended up having to replace the split ring as well due to corrosion, and replaced the belt just because I was there and it was old.
TIP: You can use the Kobalt 3in locking wrench to get the Tub nut off.
