Daniel L Lafayette , GA March 20, 2018 Appliance: Model WF393BTPAWR/A2 (0000) My washer would not spin out I read the repair reports on the website and ordered the shock absorbers from AppliancePro.com. I received the parts the next day. I was able to find a very helpful video of repair instructions and followed the instructions.
