Chad W Webster , NY November 23, 2014 The washing machine boot had a tar in it causing water to leak outside the front of machine I replaced the old boot with a new one. Removing the old boot isn't hard but, when installing the spring around the back off the boot you need another set of hands. The spring is very tight when installed.
