Payson C Enfield , CT January 11, 2015 My washing machine was running out of balance loads I opened the back and found a leaking rear shock absorber. I replaced the shock absorber and the lock pins. It is much easier to cut the old pins to pull the old shock absorber and the new pins are $1.98 each. It saves a lot of skinned knuckles. The new shock absorber can be found for about $12 and goes in easy. The machine is back up and running. Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes
