Prior to disassembly I ordered the motor drive coupling as that seemed the most likely failed part. It was worn out but not failed. I continued disassembly and found the plastic brake cam driver damaged as the retaining clip had come off. I did a live chat on Saturday evening at 6:30 (unbelievable) and with her assistance ordered my parts. With all parts replaced the old machine works great. Live chat after hours and 1 1/2 day parts= fantastic service.
