I chatted with a representative who was very helpful and friendly, I usually hesitate to purchase online, but felt completely comfortably after her help. I am a 63 yr old female, this was my first attempt at washing machine repair and it was simple! I'm almost looking forward to another problem! Thanks APP!! I'd give you more stars if I could!
