Went to your site and discovered that a broken impeller is one of the possible problems. Video clearly showed how to remove the pump. I removed it and found a broken impeller. Looked on your site for the part. Ordered it. It came in as promised. I installed the pump according to your video and it has worked perfectly. Thanks.
