Craig H Sherman Oaks , CA August 20, 2016 Water inlet line had melted and was causing no ice to be made in refrigerator/freezer I watched a similar fix on another refrigerator from the website videos and the fix took less than 5 minutes with no tools required. I really liked how their online chat service was able to find an appropriate replacement part as the original manufacturer has discontinued the part.
