First I found the drain hose had a hole where the seam was so we ordered and replaced the hose. Found more water on the floor. As I saw some water marks dripping down from the door boot seal. We ordered that next. The washer and dryer are 12 years old and haven't had a problem until now. After replacing the door boot. A squeaking noise was heard from the gasket rubbing against the tub. After a couple loads it appears it has settled out and there hasn't been any more leaks. The repair videos really took some of the fear of not knowing what we were getting into out of the equation.
