I don't remember her name, but a fantastic rep on the appliance parts pros chat helped me figure out that the water inlet valve was broken and what piece I needed to fix it. I don't know much about refridgerators and didn't want to spend the money to call someone to repair it, so my icemaker had been broken for over a year. Once I got the part, it wasn't a very difficult fix, but having a video detailing the steps of the installation was tremendously helpful to give me enough confidence to do it myself.
