First, I called a service person who did not even show....called me and said they needed a part and rescheduled for 3 weeks out. I went on line, ordered an incorrect part from Appliance Parts Pros and then called you for help. You were able to locate the part I needed--I received it in 2 days and within 15 minutes I had repaired the dishwasher rack.....saving myself about $100 for the service call.
