Ann Marie E Gulfport , MS May 28, 2023 Several wheels on the upper and lower dish racks had broken of causing both racks to difficult to glide in and out. Once the parts came in I used the video on the web site. Followed instructions, replaced the broken wheels and placed the upper rack back onto the slides per instructions!
