We unscrewed the arm and the mount, and ordered a replacement. However, the replacement didn't come with the mount. In fact, as it turned out the original spray arm was fine. It was just the mount that needed replacement. The rep was very professional and helpful, but somehow he failed to mention that the mount was not part of the order. We were given to understand that the mount would be included. Thankfully, we didn't have to pay a separate shipping for a $4 part! But we do have a spare $25 spray arm that was not needed.
