I replaced the sensor with a new one purchased from your company. I replaced the oven light with a new one purchased from you as well. The bulb cover was "frozen" to the fixture so I followed your video suggestion and bought a strap wrench to remove it. What a brilliant idea! It came off easily and I replaced the bulb. The whole job took maybe 30 minutes and including the cost of the wrench I spent about $90.00. That's less than the cost of a service call which is around $125.00 for the guy to say hello. Your service is unbelievable. I ordered the parts on a Thursday afternoon via standard UPS and I received them the next afternoon.
