Talked with Ken and Mike about the issue at AppliancePartsPros.com. They are both know there stuff and explained possible problems with my oven. After considering the advice I ordered a heating element for baking and installed it in the bottom of the oven. Spent 53 bucks it took about 30 minutes and now it works like new. I ordered the part on Thursday afternoon it was on my porch the next day. AppliancePartsPros.com is the bomb!!!!!
