The repair itself was easy, especially with the assistance of the video. The only problem, and it took a lot of time and effort was our model washer didn't have end caps to remove and easily tilt the control panel. We had to search online for a number of videos until we found out this model had clips under the control panel that would release the top. You would slip a putty knife under and push to release them. You couldn't tell where they were located and they were so stiff we ended up having to remove the rear panel to access and remove the clips that way.
Still worth the effort and saved a bunch on the repair.
