Bypassed the control board sending 120V directly to the compressor and it worked so I knew it was the control board. Replaced control board. Took me a while to figure out how to install the small LED board as it wouldn't fit. Discovered that you have to install it "upside down" for it to fit. The wine cooler is working well now.
