My husband was out of town when this came but I was able to replace the element all by myself! Yay me. I turned the breaker back off then unscrewed the two bolts, popped the cords out of the back.
Now here's the thing. The new element was kind of bent and wouldn't fit back into the socket. Thus I had to try and bend it to fit which worked. I could've sent it back but with thanksgiving coming around I really needed my oven. Reinstalled , turned the breaker on, then the oven, grabbed the fire extinguisher just in case and waited for the element to heat up.....1min later a bright red element and warm oven. Wahoo!!!!!
